BOOT CAMP SA
On the 10th October 2019, we had the privilege of joining the boot camp for the day.
It was definitely not an excursion that the students expected. However, the feedback was very positive from both staff and students. Seeing that Masakhane Girls Secondary is a boarding school and learners only leave the Centre during school holidays, most of their time is spent indoors. The boot camp venue was such an exciting place for them to be in.
The students were handled very well while the teachers had a well-deserved break and enjoyed a cup of tea or two. The activities were conducted very meticulously by the sergeants and was not only about physical strength but also about team-work, motivation and discipline. It also thought them the importance of listening and following instructions.
Some of the feedback:
- Fun and exciting activities for all
- Thoroughly enjoyed the day
- The instructors were awesome and handled learners so well
- We learnt so much about team work
- We learnt about helping each other not leaving anyone behind
- We were thought about listening and following instructions
- Loved every minute spent at the Boot Camp. Will definitely go back again
- Definitely learnt a lot
- Very relaxing environment
- Watching learners do these activities was amazing and saw a different side to all
We will definitely recommend BOOT CAMP SA to other schools especially for Leadership training and team work.

On behalf of the Grade 7 learners and educators of Kamalinee Primary we would like to place on record our sincere thanks and appreciation to you and your team for the excellent teambuilding experience delivered to our learners. The experience was an extremely rewarding one as our learners developed so many skills namely leadership, teamwork, understanding and perseverance to name a few. We were particularly pleased to see the development and reinforcement of friendships and also to see our shy learners blossom. We are indeed grateful that our learners were able to have this experience and have fun doing so.
Once again thank you and your team for your excellent programme and we look forward to returning with other groups of learners in the future.

Hi Reuban hope you are well.
The grade 6 excursion was a success. The learners enjoyed all the obstacle courses thoroughly and had a fun filled day. They learnt how to work together as a team and encouraged their team mates while doing the activities.
They learnt about bullying and the consequences and how to speak out if they are being bullied. Discipline was also incorporated with the activities. Time management was also a key factor while doing the activities so learners had learnt how to manage their time as well.
Boot Camp staff was very efficient and showed a very warm hospitality to the learners of Hartley primary.
On behalf of Hartley primary school we would like to thank the Boot Camp team for allowing the learners this opportunity. It was a wonderful experience for them.
